The Epic Trump Heist that happened in Tulsa Oklahoma. How social media tickets at Trumps Tulsa campaign rally
What was built to be an epic Trump rally in Tulsa Oklahoma, turned out to be all hype and a petri dish for the Coronavirus.
If you were watching the Trump rally on tv, you would be made to believe tens of thousands of people packed the arena to hear the president speak. The Trump supporters were strategically placed behind the president to give the perception of a packed stadium. In reality, a quarter of the arena was vacant despite the claim the campaign sold over eighty thousand tickets.
Unbeknownst to Trump, there was a movement happening on social media to foil his plan for a packed stadium.
Mary Jo Laupp, a 51-year-old grandmother from Iowa help lead the charge on TikTok with a video she posted last week encouraging people to register for free tickets on Tump’s site and don’t attend.
“All of those of us that want to see this 19,000 seat auditorium barely filled or completely empty go reserve tickets now and leave him standing alone there on the stage,”
Trump’s campaign was initially going to hold his propaganda rally on June 19, “Juneteenth” the national holiday acknowledging the worst incidents of racial violence in US history. This was when white Tusla residence torched of Black owned business on Black Wall street that resulted in hundreds of deaths of African American people.
Similar actions of drowning out Trump and his racist message also happened earlier in the month. Millions of K-pop fans posted #black lives matter on social media cancelling out the #white lives matter.
Trumps rally by all accounts was a failure. The president placed a lot of lives at risk by not requiring his supporters to wear protective masks in the middle of the pandemic. Trump brought out his greatest hits at his rally spreading false claims about the pandemic, Black Lives Matter while inflaming the countries racial division.
Trump is learning his 2020 campaign will be nothing like that of 2016. The media has caught on to his stink and is starting to reigning him in.
