Queen Elizabeth II Dead At 96

Operation London Bridge has taken effect

The people of the United Kingdom and many around the world were shocked to hear that Queen Elizabeth II had died. She was the longest-reigning world leader with a continuous democratic government. She was also the mother of four children, Charles, Anne, Andrew, and Edward.

She became queen when she was just 25 years old. In this capacity, she has led her country through some of its most difficult times. Britain’s war effort in World War Two peaked during her reign as queen. Her contributions to World War II again secured Britain’s place among the world’s greatest powers. Today, she is acclaimed as one of the greatest defenders of peace ever to hold her position as queen. Her death brings to an end a remarkable 70 years as queen, during which she has shown unwavering strength and determination in the face of adversity.

Queen Elizabeth II is the only head of state the majority of the country has ever known. With her passing, “Operation London Bridge” will take effect. A series of protocols will be enacted, transferring power to the new Monarch, King Charles.

Queen Elizabeth was designated as the ‘mother of all nations, which had its challenges, but Queen Elizabeth II rose to the occasion admirably. Her funeral will be the largest in British history.
