The tragic head-on train collision that occurred on Wednesday night in Greece that led to the death of 38 individuals and injured over 80 more is still having the families wanting answers. The Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis has since stated that “Tragic human error” was the cause of the accident.
