Educational Consultant is making an impact with the #1 Educational Programming for Students across the Nation

Algernon Hall is a dynamic Educational Consultant and the Owner and Founder of the top Social Emotional and Learning (SEL) program in the country. 

In 2008, Algernon employed his talents and faith to create a children’s character, “Jubilee”. The character has grown to be the face of character education throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The programs have impacted over 1,000,000 students, in various school districts, from grades pre-kindergarten through 12, as well as Professional Development, and Parental Engagement workshops.

In 2010, Algernon launched the Dream Catchers program, which provides empowerment and mentorship for students in grades 6– 12.

Algernon has been featured in numerous periodicals, including South Jersey’s Burlington Times, Courier Post, Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Tribune.

In 2011, Algernon was voted one of South Jersey’s “Men of the Year” in South Jersey Magazine, for his work in school districts and with the community at-large.

On New Year’s Day of 2016, Algernon launched a weekly YouTube series called The Dream Series, empowering viewers to awaken their dreams and reach their full potential.

In 2019, Algernon launched the Dream Catchers Solutions, which provides professional development support for educators and corporations.

In September 2023, Algernon will launch his children’s book, “Whatever You Want to Be”, sending a message to children that anything is possible.

Algernon is a Dream Coach, who sees himself as a new wave motivator and educator. His foundational mission is to inspire, develop, and empower people to expand their imaginations and awaken their dreams.

Algernon’s work exemplifies his core belief that, “We are all meant to be extraordinary”.

Algernon, states that the goal is to be a beacon for SEL through-out the world.
