Kent was one of four new ambassadors that presented their letters of credence to Norway’s King, His majesty Harald V
Kent, A McMaster University graduate with an M.B.A. in International Business and a B.Sc in Computer Science will serve as Canada’s new Ambassador. Kent started her career with Global Affairs Canada back in 2012, where she was the Global Director for Deployments and Coordination, Stabilization and Reconstruction Task Force (START).
Within her time at Global Affairs Canada, Kent also held the positions of Director General, International Assistance Policy and most recently the Deputy High Commissioner to India, Nepal and Bhutan before her new posting.
Ambassador Kent was one of four new ambassadors to Norway who presented their letters of credence to His Majesty King Harald V on 2 December 2021.
