British PM Boris Johnson Hospitalized and Her Majesty The Queen addresses the Nation
On the advice of his doctor, the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been admitted to hospital for tests.
This is a precautionary step, as the Prime Minister continues to have persistent symptoms of coronavirus ten days after testing positive for the virus.
The Prime Minister thanks NHS staff for all of their incredible hard work and urges the public to continue to follow the Government’s advice to stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives.
Many other high ranking members of the UK parliament have also tested positive for the Coronavirus. The PM’s finance Carrie Symonds, his secretary of state for health, Matt Hancock and the Chief Medical Officer, Chris Whitty and Prince Charles of the Royal Family.
With the hospitalization of the UK Prime Minister, Her Majesty the Queen made a rare address to the nation, implying the nations best days are to come.
