4 dead and multiple injured in Michigan mass shooting
There is nothing we can say that we have not said before. Politicians can keep their proverbial “Thoughts & Payers” and get their shit together and keep the kids safe.
Mass shootings in America are horrific and preventable but expected. After all, the right to bear arms is written into the US Constitution. Until that changes, mass shootings will continue year after year after year.
Just a few days ago, a 15-year-old Michigan student opened fire on his fellow classmates killing 3 and injuring several others. The gun he used to was purchased days before the mass shooting by his father. As of now, police do not know what was the student’s motive for killing his fellow classmates. In a period when families are looking forward to spending time with their loved ones, they are now planning funerals for their children.

School shootings are an example of senseless gun crimes that happen on a regular basis in America. It further shows how unreasonable the gun laws are and how easily they can be obtained. Lives are being lost all in the name of the Second Amendment. A law that does not guarantee people peace and safety should be removed from the constitution. If it wasn’t for the sake of the multi-billion-gun manufacturers and gun lobbyists, gun violence in America would be significantly reduced.
