NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh has been vocal about his criticism of Justin Trudeau’s government, particularly when it comes to labor rights and discrimination. Recently, Singh blasted Trudeau for overriding union rights to force binding arbitration.
Regarding the class action lawsuit, it appears that Black federal workers are heading to court, seeking a settlement from the government. The plaintiffs have provided a settlement offer, requesting the government’s consent to move forward with the class action.
Singh’s comments seem to be part of a broader push for accountability and justice for Black employees who have faced discrimination.
